monelythara operates as a venture builder focusing on long-term partnership models. Because we work closely with founders through multi-month engagements, our refund framework is designed around specific milestones and circumstances. Read through this policy to understand when refunds apply and how to request them.

Eligibility Criteria

Program Cancellation by monelythara

If we cancel a learning program or venture building cohort before it starts, you'll receive a full refund within 14 business days. We process these automatically—no request needed.

Early Withdrawal Period

You can withdraw within the first two weeks of any program and receive a prorated refund minus a $500 administrative fee. This window gives you time to assess whether the program fits your goals without committing to the full engagement.

Refunds requested after this period aren't typically available since we allocate resources and mentorship based on confirmed participants.

Technical Access Issues

If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing program materials for more than five consecutive days, and we can't resolve them within that timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial refund covering the affected period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds don't apply after the two-week withdrawal window, for completed programs, or when participants haven't actively engaged with the curriculum. We also can't offer refunds based on business outcomes or venture success rates—these vary significantly based on individual execution.

Our team reviews your request within three business days. We'll verify your enrollment status and check eligibility against this policy's criteria.

You'll receive an email explaining whether your request was approved, partially approved, or declined. If we need additional information, we'll reach out before making a final decision.

Processing & Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds return to your original payment method, though your bank may take an additional few days to post the credit.

Processing Time

Most refund requests are reviewed within 72 hours and processed within 10 business days of approval.

Refunds return to your original payment method. We support bank transfers, credit cards, and digital payment platforms.

Documentation

Keep your enrollment confirmation and payment receipts. These help expedite the review process if you need to request a refund.

Specific Refund Scenarios

Medical or Emergency Circumstances

If unexpected medical issues or family emergencies prevent you from participating, contact us directly. We evaluate these situations individually and may offer extensions, deferrals to future cohorts, or partial refunds depending on timing and circumstances.

Program Content Misrepresentation

If the delivered program differs substantially from what was described in our materials, you may request a refund within the first three weeks. We take accuracy seriously and will investigate any claims of misrepresentation thoroughly.

Duplicate Payments

Accidental double charges or duplicate enrollments are refunded in full immediately upon verification. These usually get caught by our systems, but reach out if you notice duplicate charges on your statement.

Cohort Rescheduling

If we reschedule your cohort start date by more than four weeks, you can choose between a full refund or transferring to the new dates. We notify affected participants as soon as schedule changes are confirmed.

Partial Program Completion

Partial refunds aren't available for programs you've started but not completed, unless the incompletion resulted from issues on our end. Venture building is intensive and requires commitment—we structure pricing with this in mind.

Payment Method Details

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. The exact timing depends on your card issuer's policies. You'll see the credit listed as "monelythara Refund" or similar on your statement.

Bank Transfer Refunds

For payments made via direct bank transfer, we'll need your current banking details to process the refund. These usually clear within 3-5 business days domestically, or up to 10 days for international transfers.

Digital Payment Platforms

Refunds to digital wallets or payment platforms follow their respective processing timelines. Most are faster than traditional banking methods, with funds appearing within 2-5 business days.

Currency Conversions

If your payment was processed in a different currency, the refund returns in the same currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund dates may result in slight differences in the final amount received.

Important: This refund policy applies to programs commencing from March 2025 onwards. Participants in programs that started before this date should refer to the policy active at their enrollment time. We occasionally update these terms to reflect operational changes, and we'll always notify enrolled participants of any modifications that might affect their engagement.
